1. Is my ad really free? Yes, we do not charge for a picture ad of your collector car. We just ask that you send us a good color picture with your ad and inform us promptly when you have sold your car.  We reserve the right to decide if your car is collectable. Generally late model cars that are not limited production are not considered collectable. 

2. Is there any catch? No, we make our money by selling car related services and advertising. Lots of nice picture ads of collector cars will bring a lot of visitors to our site who are interested in cars, which is what we want. 

3. What kind of picture is best for my ad? A good color picture showing a complete three quarter front view of your car against a plain background is best. Make sure that the picture does not cut off a part of your car. Remember, the better your picture looks the more effective it will be in selling your car. Make sure you take the picture in daylight. Like the picture of the truck below.

4. How do I send in my collector car ad and picture? You just send it via Email to: ads@TheAdList.com .  Be sure to include your digitized color picture as an attachment to your email. While we can read most digital picture formats we prefer the JPEG (.jpg) format. This is the format that most digital camera's and scanners use. You should be able to send your photo just the way it comes from your scanner or digital camera. We will do our best to correct exposure problems with your picture and crop it. We will typically do this to make your car really look good and stand out in the picture. Remember, we cannot take ads without a picture. If you don't have a digital picture, we can scan you color picture, just send it with your ad to: The Ad List, PO Box 1817, Broken Arrow, OK 74013 - If you want your picture back, please include a Stamped, Self Addressed Envelope! Other wise we will dispose of the picture!

5. How do I Delete My Ad? To delete your ad just send an email to delete@TheAdList.com and we will delete your ad promptly. Please include the make, model, color and year of your car. For example "Red 1957 Chevy Belair 2 DR Hardtop" It also helps if you use the email address you used to submit your ad. If you know how to send a web page the easiest way to delete your ad is just to send us the page with your ad via email to delete@TheAdList.com . That guarantees that we will find your ad quickly and easily. 

6. Do we take other types of advertising? Yes, please send us information about what you want to advertise and we will quote you a rate. Preferably your ad should be related to our site topics of cars and travel. We can even help you make your online ad, ads@TheAdList.com  for more information.
