JOASW New Member Party Report
May 15, 2004

The weather cleared, despite Byron Nelson weekend, and it was a great JOASW day along the fourth fairway of the Hogan Course at Dennis & Gail Cheever's magnificent Hacienda. We welcomed new members Maness's, Steingruber's, Weavers, and Averill's with Phillips/Cross and Mike Sheff (in absentia). We couldn't believe the sight of THREE XJR supercharged sport sedans in the same driveway! You would have to have been there to hear the stories from these three owners! Dennis' Dad, and Club member emeritus Harry did the honors on the grill with Mathews, Nichols and Carvajals providing the Club Line and orientation for the new initiates.

A great day in the fellowship of Jaguar for current and new members, setting the pace for the next few months in preparation for the last half of the 2004 season.
