INSTRUCTIONS
TIME: 6 pm hospitality then dinner & auction about 7:30 ish until?
DINNER: Pot-Luck Surprise!!! Members bring whatever you like. Our
usual crowd in attendance is from 40-50 persons Club will
furnish water, soft drinks, paper products, wine &
Heinekens.
AUCTION ITEMS: Anything goes!!! From Jaguaria trash/
parts/ collectibles/priceless pieces. In the past we have also had B&B's weekends,
restaurant gift certificates, Plane Rides, Boat rides, Limo services and original art! It all goes for a good cause. Cakes & pies?
PLEA: Can we count on one donation from every member in the Club, even if you
cannot attend the auction? We NEED your help to promote JOASW and JCNA In the 2004 Concours d'Elegance to be held at Las Colinas Country Club September 18th 2004 (Saturday) We need to raise about $3,000 This would mean over 110 donations to build our coffers for the expenses ahead.
